To achieve this, MAARC Labs regularly conducts comprehensive training programs. These programs provide chemists with thorough, hands-on instruction in the intricate analysis of sugar, molasses, and water. Each training initiative is meticulously designed and followed by rigorous proficiency programs to ensure participants not only grasp the concepts but also master the practical skills, empowering them to excel in their respective fields.
We provide specialized training in chemical and microbiological analysis of sugar using official ICUMSA methods, tailored for technical staff in sugar factories.
Scope of Training:
Training focuses on parameters required for issuing Certificates of Analysis (COA) to institutional sugar buyers.
Boiler water analysis is critical for maintaining high-pressure boilers. Accurate analysis requires precise methodology, and our training ensures that participants can perform tests confidently and accurately.
Scope of Training:
MAARC Labs conducted a one-day workshop on "Food Safety and Standard Regulations" on 29th June 2018. The program was provided free of cost.
Fifteen participants attended, representing dairy, fruit processing, spices, and snack industries.
Participants shared positive feedback, noting improved understanding of FSSAI guidelines. A guided laboratory tour was organized to help them learn about various analytical instruments used in food testing.
Certificates were awarded to all participants at the end of the workshop.
